Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120.*
applies to eligible orders only. This offer is available for orders with a total weight under 5kg due to shipping restrictions and limitations set by our courier partners. Orders exceeding 5kg may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout
Australia-Wide Shipping We deliver right across Australia. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Local Same-Day Delivery Live locally? Take advantage of our same-day delivery service, available 6 days a week between 10am and 6pm. Order before 10am AEST and we'll have your goodies to you the same day. Available to select postcodes only.
Delivery Timeframes Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
Express
- QLD: 1–2 Business Days
- NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, NT: 1–3 Business Days
Standard
- QLD: 2–4 Business Days
- NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, NT: 3–6 Business Days
Rural areas may require an additional 1–3 Business Days.

Authority to Leave By default, our couriers deliver without requiring a signature.
Protecting Your Order We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you in the best possible condition. Chocolate and heat-sensitive items are shipped in insulated packaging — we recommend choosing Express Shipping for optimal protection. Orders containing chocolate and heat-sensitive items are not dispatched on Thursdays or Fridays to avoid sitting in transit over the weekend.
Please note: while these precautions significantly reduce the risk of damage during warmer weather, some elements remain outside our control and we are unable to guarantee arrival condition or provide refunds for heat-related issues.
We take every care in packing your beverages securely to ensure they arrive in great condition. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for drinks that arrive flat, as this can occur during transit and is outside of our control.
Processing Times Orders are typically processed the same day. Orders containing heat-sensitive products are only dispatched Monday to Wednesday. During busy periods or sales, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience as we pack your order with care.
